With accolades from Paste, Nylon, Billboard, Under the Radar, Ones To Watch and more, indie-rocker mercury is back with her first release of 2024, a 3 song EP titled “Together We Are One, You and I.” The 22 year-old Nashville native Maddie Kerr (aka mercury) is defined by her ethereal melodies and enchanting voice mixed with edgy guitar riffs. Self taught on guitar and a natural lyricist, these 3 songs were solely written by Maddie. They were produced by Alex Farrar (Snail Mail, Suki Waterhouse) and mastered by Dave Cooley (Paramore, Wolf Alice). Accompanied by a short-form video that highlights her cinematic artistry, “Born In Early May” serves as a stepping stone to further solidify her in the indie space and will be supported by a US and international press and radio campaign.
