INTROSPECTION, 7min., USA

Directed by Katharine Larson
Sometimes the most beautiful moments lie within the process. INTROSPECTION is a short dance film independently produced, choreographed, directed and performed by Katharine Larson. Choreography for this project was inspired by exploring the failures and successes of relationships. People will come and go, some stay longer, some may just pass by. INTROSPECTION takes us down a path of memory, real life struggles to fix something broken, and eventually leads us to looking deeper inside ourselves to learn more about our true essence.

The short film focuses on themes of mental illness, as Susanne plays out her struggle with OCD, agoraphobia, and depression. A PERPEPTUAL STATE OF WHAT THE F#@k!!??, 9min., Australia

Directed by Mick Angus, Gavin Webber
Seen through the eyes of a child, this is a film made like a dream, but a dream we are all in. It’s a dream of our future, blurred and indistinct, seen through a glass windshield, windswept by sand, hidden beneath the waves. Two children scavenge the carcass of a world decimated by negligence and come across the leftovers of the past, buried in the sand but still moving towards an end that’s out of sight.
