GAME OF LIFE: HUMAN CONNECTION, 7min,. USA
Directed by Alexa Whyte
This dance film explores the concept of sonder. What if we allowed the anxieties of day to day living melt away so we can all realize how united we truly are? In this rat race of life where it’s so easy to ignore others, lets take a second to slow down and experience precious moments together, even if those moments are fleeting memories.

WITCH-HUNT!, 6min., Germany
Directed by Lauren Pringle
Join Suzette, our hunted witch as she grapples to understand her own intuitive body. Fearful and avoidant of an inner voice, this movement film takes us on a journey that combines dance and narrative elements that wrap us into this dystopic world. Stones and dust fill our landscape as alive bodies jump out of the screen. Suzette is chased by a group of witches who are hunting her in order for her to realize her own magic powers. Once she does we are drawn into an emotive space where we see deep revelry in her surrender.

WOMEN AT THE TOP, 56min., USA
Directed by Kathryn Roszak
This is a documentary featuring the new movement of women’s leadership in dance, the challenges and achievements, and the inspiring stories of the women. Stories are told via interviews with rehearsal/performance footage, and brief creative narratives drawing the audience further into the lives of the women. Kathryn Roszak can be viewed as the Terry Gross of dance interviews. She presents engaging, thought-provoking, cutting-edge content that draws the audience in. People ask “Is there a history of female choreography?” and this is exactly why this production needs to be done now.
