Jess Hoversen is a Washington DC based dancer, choreographer, and economist. Her works have been performed in Washington DC, Chicago, and New Delhi, India. She is a recent graduate of the ICONs choreography program.
Dustyn Martincich is interested in investigating narrative, collaborative, and interdisciplinary possibilities in theatre and dance performance. She has movement directed, choreographed, and performed for concert dance and theatrical stages and publishes in musical theatre studies. She is an Associate Professor of Theatre and Dance at Bucknell University.
Andrew Roddewig is a native Chicagoan who studied film and television production at Savannah College of Art and Design. His professional work is in advertising for automotive clients with a specialty in humorous creative. He has been a long time collaborator with both Dustyn Martincich and Jess Hoverson, and found himself learning and loving dance on film through that collaboration.

We are a collective spread across the country, joined by our Midwest roots and love of pursuing questions that need muddling and art that needs doing.
