Director Bio: Nicole Kadar, Steven Speliotis (BETWEEN THE BALANCE)

Nicole Kadar, originally from Waterbury, CT, graduated magna cum-laude with Honors in Dance while also studying Early Childhood Education and Business at Skidmore College. Here, she received the Katherine Scranton Rozendall Citizenship Award, which is awarded for outstanding citizenship in the college community. Under the direction of Kathleen Isaac, Nicole completed her MA in Dance Education (summa cum-laude) as a scholarship student at Hunter College’s Arnhold Graduate Dance Education Program. While at Hunter she was asked to present a duet from her evening length premiere of come, stay, go at the ribbon cutting ceremony of The Jody, a space that doubles as a studio and performance space and honors Jody Arnhold’s contributions to dance education.
