The EXPERIMENTAL JULY 2017 FEEDBACK Film Festival gave our audiences simply the best of short movies from around the world.

The theme of the festival was “IMAGINATION”.

Okay….so this was copout of a theme! We always have an emotional or plot connection in all of our festival themes. For this festival it was simply imagination.

This was our first ever EXPERIMENTAL & MUSIC VIDEO Festival. And it will be the first of many. We plan on doing one more festival in 2017 (November), and then have 4 planned for 2018. By 2019, we plan on doing one every single month.

The quality of experimental and music videos submitted to this festival is truly remarkable. There is so much amazing talent out there in the world and we were lucky to show 11 films at our inaugural event.

The crowd was as chatty as ever too. They were really into it as we had a lot of original voices contribute to the feedback of each short film video. It was so great to see 70% of our audiences who were first time attendees to the FEEDBACK Film Festival.

I have to thank Mary Cox for her amazing job programming the festival. This was Mary’s first time as a programmer for the festival and it sure won’t be her last. She started off as a volunteer for the festival and is now one of our main employees. She also happens to be an artist on the rise and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our team.
