The FEEDBACK Monthly Film Festival is back for 2018.. Our home is The Carlton Cinemas, located in the heart of downtown Toronto at 20 Carlton Street. The event runs from 7pm to 9:10pm.
Continuing to showcase the best of short films from around the world, while maintaining our audience feedback format moderated by Kierston Drier. Showcasing a festival twice a month in Toronto in 2018!

If you like to obtain seats in advance and pick them up on the day of the event (come for FREE, or make a donation), please email us at tickets@wildsound.ca and we’ll reserve seats for you.
You can pick up the tickets on the day of the event at the cinema. Tickets are first come, first serve. This festival has sold out 76 out of its last 78 events!
You will be able to buy alcohol (beer, wine, liquor), popcorn, candy, and refreshments before the show.

GROUND FINE, 4min., USA, Dance Directed by Sharon LeahyGround Fine is a screendance with original music that takes a light-hearted look at our obsession with food cravings and behaviors detrimental to our health. It was commissioned by Basin Arts and Runaway Dish for a collaboration between choreographers and chefs and premiered at the Acadiana Center for the Arts in Lafayette Louisiana. MIRRORS, 3min., Germany, Music Video Directed by Manfred BorschThe music video for “Mirrors” unites the extraordinary sound of composer and multi-instrumentalist Julian Scherle with the magic, mysticism and magnitude of Iceland’s nature. Scherle’s cineastic sound, accompanied by alternating visual structures and breathtaking landscapes, evokes a wealth of overflowing emotions within the viewer. SCANDAL, 4min., Reunion, Experimental/Animation Directed by Pablo Mengin-LecreulxThis animation made of 2500 paintings tells the story of a man who tries to run away from his fate. He is seeking for success, fame, happiness and love… But the city is too strong and he can’t win. Sadly, he becomes a powerless witness of his own fall, just like a bee trapped in a spiderweb. PEREGRINO – “O’DEATH”, 4min., Spain, Music Video Directed by Rafael FabresThe video shows a journey through the conception of Death in Mexico through the eyes of the main character. VACUUM, 5min, Switzerland, Dance Directed by Philippe SaireBased on the eponymous dance piece, Vacuum generates impossible images and fantastic paintings. An interplay of bodies appearing and disappearing between black holes and dazzling lights. This duo, third part in an ongoing series called Dispositifs (stage devices) in convergence with visual arts, explores further the visual perception of movement. The result is lyrical and inspiring, as it moves forward through the history of art, from Renaissance paintings to photographic development.
